Intuition Is a Marvellous Thing

Intuition is a marvellous thing or were we just lucky with our planning? Having decided a few years ago we would winter in Spain, we set our plan in motion and here we are. We did spend a couple of years visiting places and decided on what seemed the most suitable location, but you could keep looking for years and not be sure.
Well we made our decision and plumped for the Costa Calida, Lo Pagan to be precise which is an area of San Pedro del Pinitar. The final decision was finding the house we liked, the spaciousness of one house swayed the decision. We had made a list of requirements that suited us:
Near a beach
Close to an airport
2-3 bedrooms
A spacious feel inside and out
A good-sized outside patio
Reasonable near shops and amenities
We moved in loving the house, the location isn't perfect but it is close to several beaches, sports arena, town etc.
However it wasn't until yesterday we realized what a good choice we had made. We have in recent weeks explored the area north along the coast and after a few miles it becomes more heavily populated than we would like. Yesterday we travelled south beyond Alcazares, to the villages along the coast. We had previously discounted Alcazares.
The beaches along this stretch didn't seem as pretty as the wide white sandy beaches of el Mojon and Pillar de la Horadada. We like the Mediterranean better than the inland sea of the Mar Menor, which is very shallow and great for children.
So although we do not live at our favourite resorts we are only a few minutes drive away. So was it luck good planning or intuition we found a great location? Wintering in the sun has begun!
My other plan was to build an online business to work with the freedom of a laptop That I am doing too! So if affiliate marketing appeals to you it is an excellent way to work at home wherever home happens to be.
With the guidance of a mentor supplying products, sales pages and training your learning curve is reduced and you can start earning as you are learning the techniques. You work to a proven plan and have the comradeship of others learning too.
So start NOW and make 2016 a year to remember and begin to change your future. Books to help you:
