Get a Good Education
Schools educate children with one objective in mind. To create a future pool of employment for businesses. Kids are told to get a good education and grades. Possibly obtain a University degree.
Once a person completes almost 16 years of education they proceed to look for a job in the economy.
Mind you some jobs pay better and people get a sense of accomplishment. The overall objective is that your good job will somehow give you some security and you work until you reach your retirement age.
A good job should, therefore, pay you a decent salary, provide with medical, dental and health insurance. Above all, it does guarantee a retirement income from which you can then enjoy the fruits of your labor.
However, what you fail to notice in the economy is that you have just spent the rest of your life creating wealth and building assets for someone else.
You Finally Get the Job And?
Your employer controls your life. You have to commute to work daily leaving your family behind and putting in long hours.
Success at work brings a promotion. A promotion, in turn, brings more workload and stress in your life. Those endless meetings you have to attend, the clients whose contracts you have to service.
All this require more and more of your attention and time. The phone calls never stop coming. Imagine the diary of appointments that you have to keep up with.

Success in the economy comes with a price tag. You have to sacrifice a lot in order to meet the demands and pressure of your job. You spend less and less time with your family, friends and loved ones.

In the above setup, you have to pay your taxes. It is a known fact that non-business owners or employees regardless of your job position, pay higher taxes than the business owners or companies.
And there is a reason to that, or so goes the justification.
If businesses pay taxes at the same rate as their employees, they would not be in a position to create employment opportunities. After all, the payroll comes with additional costs such as employer contributions towards your health, dental and pension benefits.
This is the sole reason why most people go on strikes. The employer argues that to increase your salary or wage will result in their inability to expand their businesses and hire more people to meet demand.
They would rather see your wages go down and their profits go up. All in the name of shareholders and since you work for them you couldn't be possibly be one of them (shareholders).

Meanwhile, you have bills to pay, hydro, gas, phone, internet and more. You are hardly making ends meet. You keep falling behind and you begin to think about working a second job. Even this does not rescue you out of your predicament.
The stress levels will begin to peak, your health will start to take a hit and you start calling in.
In a nutshell, it is just so miserable to be working a day job. At the end of your working life, there is really nothing to show for it. Your retirement income will be overtaken by inflation and you continue to play catch up.
That reminds me of a very sad story indeed. I was at a Money Mart years back trying to remit some money back home. I saw a retired gentleman who was arguing with the person behind the counter. There was a dispute about how much he had to pay. From the ensuing conversation, I picked up that the gentlemen was on his retirement retired. His retirement income was not enough and he would fall behind each week.
He would come to this Money mart each week to borrow against his retirement check. When he gets paid he would pay back and then borrow some more money. At the time of writing this article, the cost of borrowing was $21 for every $100.
You can imagine yourself that this gentleman's financial situation was deteriorating with each visit.
You don't want to be that gentleman. You need to start thinking about how you can create your own economy by leveraging what the internet has to offer.
You do not need any special skills to get started. Anyone can do this.
Getting Started
Getting started like I said earlier is not hard. Do you know something that someone does not know?. You can earn money from that. All you need to do is to figure out what your passion is. In online marketing working on things you are passionate about will take the job out of your online marketing efforts.
You will be in a position to enjoy what you will be doing and this positively affects your attitude and keeps your motivation floating high.

There are two trains of thought when it comes to making money. You can build content and rely on Google and other search engines to rank your business. This is very tentative. Suppose Google doesn't like you or your content. You're not going to rank in this case. This means no traffic. Even if you do rank your content on Google, things can always change. Google can change. Ultimately they don't want you making money from them, unless they are making money too! Google is a business and like all businesses their goal is to make money, not friends.
Don't Rely On Google's Organic Listings
Use Google and create content. But don't rely on your blog to make you money. You can be disappointed over and over again, as I was. I'm not saying only to use paid advertising. Use your content too. Just don't rely on it. As for paid advertising, you need a product which sells first. You need to know your business model works. You need a good back-end of products and services which will keep paying you over and over for existing customers. This is something I didn't understand when I started out.
Use Back End Products
Back end products are often the way to make money online. You may break even on your front end products, or even make a loss. However, if you have a good range of back-end products in your sales funnel, you can make money later on. Don't spend money you can't afford to lose in the first instance.

5 Major Artificial Intelligence Hurdles We're on Track to Overcome by 2020

Unless you're in AI development yourself, you need to start thinking about tech partnerships that could bring AI to your business.
Artificial intelligence (AI) gets more advanced every year, but there are still some major limitations keeping us from seeing a futuristic reality that includes robot butlers and near-complete societal automation.

1. Unsupervised learning

In fact, we humans are immersed in our environments, perceiving pretty much everything that crosses our path and naturally filtering out what's unimportant. We also experiment to learn how objects interact and how the world works.
Currently, we're still a few years away from machines that can learn this way, but when we get there, we'll have the ability to use them to generate or augment ideas, and produce concepts we couldn't come up with on our own.
2. Creativity and abstract thinking
Humans tend to think of ideas -- and solutions to problems -- in terms of abstractions. For example, think about a horse. Chances are, you aren't thinking about a very specific example of a horse, and you don't need to list out all the required "ingredients" that constitute a horse. Instead, you conceptualize the general idea of what a "horse" is.
A modern computer, on the other hand, would need thousands of examples of horses to understand what "horse" means, and even then, it would have to define this conceptual equine concretely and completely to use that idea in any application. If we want machines that can take raw data and turn it into intuitive concepts that can be grasped, we'll need to create machines that can think abstractly.
What's intriguing here is that we're already on our way, having created deep learning programs that understand games like Go, and chess, as more than brute-force possibilities. By 2020, we could be taking the next step.
3. Public trust
Self-driving cars run on sophisticated AI software to avoid collisions and drive better than slow-thinking, distracted, mistake-prone human drivers. To date, self-driving cars' record has been relatively clean, compared to that of human drivers.
However, only 39 percent of U.S. consumers claim they would feel safe in an autonomous vehicle. AI is still a foreign concept to most of us, and thanks to decades of science fiction, many of us are inherently distrustful of any fully mechanized solution. However, thanks to the gradual introduction of AI systems, public trust is steadily increasing, and may reach a point by 2020 that allows for widespread adoption.
4. Integration
AI doesn't exist by itself. It needs to be combined with something to be practical, such as those aforementioned self-driving cars. Integration into existing products, such as standard appliances and software programs, will be a major hurdle to overcome -- and one we're already overcoming. We're already seeing a plethora of "smart" devices, but few of these feature true machine learning or AI tech.
Being able to incorporate deep learning elements into existing systems could instantly multiply our capabilities -- and this may start happening soon.
5. General use
We have AI systems that can beat human Go masters, write poetry and pass the Turing test. But these were all created for specific applications. Could we develop an AI program that serves a more general, all-around use?
Personal digital assistants like Siri, Google Home, Amazon Alexa and Cortana are a good start, but they only scratch the surface of what modern AI is capable of when put to a single application. By 2020, I suspect we'll either see the beginnings of "general" AI development, or further fracturing into more specific niche functions.
How this affects entrepreneurs
So, how might these beaten obstacles affect you and your business?
  • Better tools and analytics. First up, the tools and software you use to improve your business are going to get a major overhaul. They'll be able to use data more efficiently and more accurately than your human data analysts, and you'll be able to produce more intuitive, visual representations of those conclusions.
  • New customer needs. Your customers' lives are going to change, and drastically. Their cars, appliances and even their homes will function more intelligently, which means the door's open for a host of new solutions to address those new circumstances.
  • Human resources shifts. You may see a number of your internal positions become replaceable. At that point, you'll need to decide between keeping a salaried body on staff or opting for a more cutting-edge, but less personal solution.
  • Partnership opportunities. Unless you're in AI development yourself, you need to start thinking about tech partnerships that could bring AI to your business. Is there a way to make your product "smarter"? Is there a way to make machine learning improve the value of your services? Demand is about to skyrocket, so you need to be ready.

Mozilla Plus Tor Are Friends for Life and Security

Earlier History
In autumn 2014, rumors circulated that anonymity network Tor was in talks with Mozilla over adding Tor's private browsing mode to its popular open source web browser, Firefox. Mozilla initiated the development of a new privacy initiative called Polaris, and the potential collaboration with the Tor anonymity network could bring even more privacy features into Mozilla's products.
With their benefits and disadvantages, both companies have numerous reasons for uniting their efforts. They share a similar noble aspiration of giving web users more secure and safer browsing experience, as well as options of better web surfing, online privacy and anonymity.
Back in 2013, notorious NSA leaks kickstarted a new corporate concern for privacy. Since then, thriving cybercrime and rapidly increasing global digital censorship and surveillance have driven the world's biggest companies to take to encryption. Tor was engaged in talks with Internet service providers, hardware manufacturers, and software development firms about potentially integrating Tor into their products. • tool to prevent attackers from listing what types of plugins and mime Types the user's browser supports,
• tool to prevent finding out if the user's browser is using a landscape or other orientation,
• tool to remove the "Open With" option in the download dialog.
These features provide privacy-friendly users with better options to harden the browser against browser fingerprinting. A third-party can fingerprint users by collecting second-stage information such as supercookies, HTML5 canvas details, screen size, color depth, time zone settings, WebGL details, mouse movements, and so on. These data are combined to create a very accurate fingerprint of users when they access other websites, even if their real IP address is never revealed. Online advertising agencies and crooks running exploit kits also employ fingerprinting for normal Web traffic in order to select and categorize users.
Future Plans
Mozilla's plans as for the Tor improvements' integration include eight patches that are currently being worked on, and four that are already integrated in Firefox. Wait and see what Mozilla has in stock for our security.
