Give Your Customers What They Want

Last Sunday in England was Mothering Sunday, a day when the family treat Mothers to cards flowers or gifts. In Australia it falls on a completely different time of year as my son in Australia informs me. Do they have Mothers Day is Spain, I don't know despite living here for 3 months. If I had stuck to my plan of learning Spanish perhaps I would know.
Periodically I glance at my pile of language books, DVDs etc. and for a while I did an online course it was good to hear, speak and read the words on the course, however the topics weren't relevant to what I needed and I lost interest. I knew a lion was a leon and a penguin was a pingu but as I wasn't visiting a zoo it was little help. I needed things for day-to-day living like shopping etc. After recently visiting a hospital with a fractured leg, medical terms could have been useful, or maybe hotel accommodation but apart from dog or cat animals were pretty irrelevant.
When you are offering things to your customers or sending emails are you sending things they are looking for? Or are they things you have decided upon. Do you ever ask them? How well do you know your customers their age range, their likes and dislikes and their progress in learning. Do your emails get opened, are you making as many sales as you hoped to? Do your customers give you repeat orders or progress through your funnel? Do they recommend others?
Maybe you could send out a questionnaire and ask them, and really find out what would be helpful to them; build up trust and loyalty with your customers, it is easier to get further orders from happy customers than keep finding new ones! Let them know you care about their progress your customers will benefit and so will you, your work will become more interesting and your monitory rewards will increase.
Your selection of products in your funnel should support your customers as they progress with their hobby or interest. As they advance in your niche they are likely to invest more if you have chosen a topic where people have sufficient disposable income, you could then be on to a winner.
If your chosen niche is something you are passionate about you will be happy to learn more, to further your knowledge in your chosen subject. Therefore it won't feel like work but pursuing something you love. It is everyone's dream to work doing something they enjoy doing.
Affiliate marketing is a simple way to set up an internet business selling other people's products. Sales pages products and training are provided allowing you to start earning whilst you are learning the techniques. So look after your customers and give them what they want if you want a successful business. Also when you make a plan stick to it don't let it drift like my plan to learn Spanish!
I also like to work to my strengths. I am aware what is important to me. You will find when you do something you love doing, it isn't a chore, you are motivated by your own wish to achieve what you have set out to do. You can enjoy the day-to-day progress as well as the satisfaction of completing your goal. What more could anyone wish for, there are only a limited number of people who are lucky enough and able to work at something they love. People like actors, writers and sports people.
